Who handles your data

What data I collect

When you fill in the contact or audit form: your name, email address, website address, budget, project type and message. When you book a call through the calendar: your name, email and chosen time. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why I use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or website audit, and arrange a call. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

How long I keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. If we sign a contract, data is kept as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires.

Who can see it

Data is stored on Hostinger servers, which provide hosting and email. Call bookings are handled by Cal.com. I never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Cookies

This site only uses one essential technical cookie that protects the form from spam. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which may use its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email me at info@valaitist.lt. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
