The challenge
BCAlign advises on building compliance and accessibility in Sydney. It’s a technical service, and clients look for a specialist they can trust. They needed a site that explains the services clearly, builds trust and gets found on Google.
What I did
- Built the site from the ground up to their brief
- Grouped services into three clear areas: BCA consulting, access consulting and building audits
- Recorded walkthrough videos so the team can confidently edit the site themselves
- After launch, optimised SEO: titles, descriptions, structure and speed
A clear grid of services (BCA consulting, access consulting, building audits), values, FAQ and contact, all in a calm teal palette that builds trust. After launch I worked on the site’s SEO, and clicks grew 2 to 3 times.
